Privacy Policy
This policy explains which data is processed when you use the EVRA AI mobile application (the "App"), why it is processed, and what your rights are. The App is provided by EVR Global Yazılım Ltd. Şti. ("EVRA AI", "we") as the data controller. Contact: destek@evraai.com.tr.
1. Data we process
- Account details: email address and a hashed password (via Firebase Authentication).
- Chat content: the messages you send and the AI responses; stored so that you can see your chat history.
- Files you upload: images, documents and voice messages you attach for analysis. Voice recordings are deleted right after they are transcribed.
- Memory notes: the preferences you write yourself in the "Memory" section of the App.
- Usage counters: your daily message count and plan.
- Subscription details: your purchase status (payment details are never stored by us; they are handled by Google Play / App Store and RevenueCat).
- Technical data: error and crash reports (device model, OS version, stack trace).
2. Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the GDPR in order to provide the service (performance of a contract), keep your account secure and improve the service (legitimate interest). Chat content is never used for advertising and never sold to third parties.
3. AI processing
Your messages and attached files are sent to the Google Gemini API to generate responses. No information that identifies you (email, user ID) is shared during this processing. Google's API data-processing terms apply; with paid API usage, data is not used to train models.
4. Service providers
- Google Firebase (authentication, database, file storage, server functions; data is stored in the European Union, Belgium region)
- Google Gemini API (AI responses)
- RevenueCat, Google Play, Apple App Store (subscription management)
- Sentry (error reporting)
5. Retention
Your chats and files are kept until you delete them or close your account. When you delete your account, all chats, files and profile data are permanently erased. Technical logs are kept for at most 90 days.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, and port your data. You can delete your account from within the App (Profile → Delete my account) or via the account deletion page. For other requests write to destek@evraai.com.tr; requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
7. Children
The App is not intended for children under 13.
8. Changes
Updates to this policy are published on this page, and material changes are announced inside the App.
