Deleting your account
From inside the app (instant)
- Open EVRA AI and sign in.
- Go to Profile in the bottom menu.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your account, all your chats, uploaded files and memory notes are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
Request by email
If you cannot access the app, send an email with the subject "Account deletion request" from your registered email address to destek@evraai.com.tr. After identity verification your request is completed within 30 days at the latest, and you are notified.
Data that is deleted
- Account details (email, identity)
- All chats and messages
- Uploaded images, documents and audio files
- Memory notes, usage counters, plan details
Data that may be retained
Invoice and payment records may remain with the store provider (Google Play / App Store) due to legal obligations; we do not keep them. Technical logs that cannot be linked to your identity are deleted within 90 days at most.
